We just discovered a growth on our almost 2 year old Aussiedoodle's lower lip, see attached picture. It doesn't appear to be bothering him, he's eating normally (which is to say very well), there's no bleeding, and from what I could see is the only one. A quick internet search makes me think papilloma. He goes to doggie daycare a couple days a week, so he could have picked up the virus there. We'll of course ask the vet to take a look at it, but anyone else have experience with growths on their pup's mouth?

Yes, that does look like a papilloma to me. Several dogs here have had them. They are harmless, but it should be seen by the vet.

Thanks, Karen. He goes to daycare at the vets and is scheduled to go Tuesday, so unless it changes between now and then, we'll ask them to check it out while he's at daycare.
I agree, it looks like a papilloma.

I would still have him seen by the vet, just to make sure it is harmless.

Thank you!
Follow up- vet confirmed papilloma. It's resolved on its own. Thanks all!

Great news, thanks for the update!

Great.
So glad to hear this.
