torn toe pads

Okay I've read through some of the previous discussions and we are going to soak her pads in Epson salt but I was wondering if these are shallow enough to apply triple antibiotic? We had two full days at a public pool swimming so I know with the dog poop and pee they need to be flushed to avoid infection. We'll be at the vets office tomorrow morning but just need to get her thru tonight?? She's limping so I know it hurts. Photos attached, the one that'll be hard to see is the far left toe. TIA

So Sassys pads are toughened up and she's driving me crazy! Lol. She's demanding play 24/7. My daughter trimmed back one pad she was worried it would tear we'll go back next weekend for a follow-up and maybe the vet will really clean up the lose skin? Thanks for the great advice and well wishes.
