Yes, this is not the time to make any changes if something is going on. When was her last BM?
How much food are you giving her at each meal?
Well, she's getting plenty of food. I don't think there is much you can do right now except watch and wait. If she doesn't have a BM by tomorrow a.m., you may need to see the vet. It does sound like there may be an absorption issue.
IF it's an absorption issue, it would be most likely be a form of IBD, which is Inflammatory Bowel Disease, very different from IBS, which is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. IBD, which is what JD has, is an uncurable immune-mediated disease similar to Crohn's disease in humans; IBS is a "nervous" stomach.
Jeanne, why not try going back to the chicken/turkey diet again and see if that makes a difference? I don't think it could hurt at this point.
Jeanne, I'm replying here because there's no more room under your most recent post about the recurrence of the diarrhea.
I really think at this point, you need to consult an internal medicine specialist. Something is going on with Lilly's GI system, and I think it needs to be reliably diagnosed.
