Traveling to TN this summer....need some advice!

Hi everyone!  I know that TN is a big state and that the area I need some advice for is not necessarily very close to Memphis, but I figured I'd give it a shot.  My husband, me, and our 2 doodles (we are from New Jersey) will be renting a house in Gatlinburg this August.  We plan on doing a long day trip to Nashville with the pups.  When there, we plan to put them in a doggie day care in Nashville for the day so we can tour the city without worrying about them, and then pick them up in the evening to head back to Gatlinburg.  (I know it's a far ride between the 2 cities.)  Can anyone recommend some reputable doggie day cares?  I googled it and got several places, but I'd LOVE some suggestions from you with your own experiences.  Neither of our doodles have ever done day cares, but they are fine with other dogs and people, and have each other to hang with, so I'm not overly worried about their  behavior and that kind of stuff.  I am more concerned with conditions of the facility, responsible care takers, etc... I have time to plan, but I just wanted to put this out there.  Thanks so much!!

I live in Memphis so I don't know much about daycares in Nashville but I would trust what Teri recommends. She will not steer you wrong. One thing to remember though, be sure to have your dogs shots up to date and you will probably want to have your vet email or fax the records to whatever day care you choose because the good day cares want up to date records on file.
