Hershey and I had a terrible grooming experience this weekend!! After being there for 4.5 hours, all Hershey had gotten was a bath, and blow dry (what were they doing for the other 4 hours?!?). At this point they called to say he was "too matted to brush" I went to pick him up per their request per their request, and when I got there there was a large chunk of fur missing from his tail, and a bleeding cut on his face.
Needless to say, we are in the market for a new groomer. I live in the Western Mass area, but frequently visit the Boston and South Shore area. Any recommendations would be great!

Believe it or not...I have taken to cooper to Petsmart, and was happy.
I did give them a pic of how i wanted him looking, and they did deliver as well.
This was the Petsmart in Framingham and Northborough.
Liberty's mother Jenn referred me to the Barkwood Inn on Route 20 the Charlton/Auburn line and it is FABULOUS!
I live in Grafton and had tried a few places prior and the Barkwood blow them away. Wool coat multigen australian labradoodle Stillbe has been a few times and our new rehome goldendoodle Carter went in June. Groomer was certain Carter had never been groomed and took lots of time and care to make the experience as positive as possible for Carter. We use Jim, I love him!
Susan,
Can i ask how much you're paying at Barkwoodin?
How big is your doodle?
