Zoe hates her brother!

Zoe doesn't like to play with Bender lately.  I think he's being too rough with her so she avoids him like a plague!  

He totally wants to play and wants her to chase him so he runs outside looking back as if he's saying "chase me chase me" but she just sits there by the door just staring at him.  If they are both outside and he gets too rough she gets really mad and shows him who is boss but other times she's hiding under a chair or behind something to avoid him.

She doesn't like to go outside for potty because he runs up to her and attacks her so she tried to go on her doggy bed that's by the door a couple times so I started taking her out on a leash.  I think she likes it because she feels safe on the leash and he cant get to her.  As soon as she's done I unlatch her from the leash and she just bolts up the stairs to go inside.

I feel bad for both of them.  He wants to play so badly but she won't play with him.  And she doesn't like him being so rough with her.  Bender is only 10 months old so maybe he will learn how to play nice.  Does anyone have any advice?

Bender is double her size now!
