Adding music to my page

I'm trying to add music to my page, but it keeps telling me I have to have MP3 files. I'm not sure how to convert the music on my computer to an MP3 file. Any suggestions? I have windows 7.

Hi Sarah! You can convert it very easily using iTunes. Or, if you'd like, just email it to me and I'll convert it for you and email it back. Send it to: [e-mail] (If anyone else is having this problem, I'll be happy to do it for you, too.)

If you use iTunes then you bring up your music library, select the music, go up to the tool bar and click on ADVANCED.  The drop down box will give you the option to convert to MP3.  If you don't have iTunes...hopefully someone else will give you an answer.

I have the reverse question.  I added music to my page before converting it to an MP3 file.  I'd like to remove what I added but can't figure out how to do that.
