Body Transparency

I finally got a page background to work.  But I think I remembered someone talking about making the body transparent.   I figured out how to make some parts transparent but not the body.  Anyone have a clue?

I finally figured out that certain themes let you have a transparent body - took me months to figure that out because I unknowingly had a theme that allowed it and changed themes but didn't put the two together!  Duh!  Slow learner.  Anyway the theme I have now is Gossip and I can make the body transparent.
