How do you make your page see-through?

I see some of the members has their background image showing -through without the boxes for each sections/ topics. ( Words are sitting right on the top of the images without square background - I hope I am describing it good...) I tried figuring that out, but couldn't.... Could you please assist me on this?

Do you mean like Larry PD's page? I really like the image under the text.

Yes. Or like Karen & Lucy's page. Some times the boxes cut off the images and loose the effects......

Go to the all options choice and where you would click on a color you have a choice (the checkered one) of transparent. Click on that.

I just checked out Karen & Lucy's page and Nancy & Ned's page. They always have nice pages. I wish I could help you out on this. I haven't got too fancy on DK yet because I struggle with trying to get fancy. :))

Are you sure or maybe it takes awhile. I just went there and the white boxes are still there.

I know, I made it see-through, and it worked. But I changed it back to the box, because the seam of the background picture did not look right. But now I know how to do it.:-)
