Making the "body" of your page transparent

I used to have the option of making the Body of my page transparent.  When the Body is transparent, your text actually floats over the back ground.  Once I changed from that and put a solid color there, I lost the transparent option.  Does anybody know how to get it back?  I am thinking that perhaps one of the different theme choices has that option, but so far I haven't found one that does.  I also thought that perhaps when I put a background from Glitter graphics there, that did it, but so far I cannot duplicate this.

It seems to me that some of the theme choice will let you do certain things and others don't.... I haven't figure that out that good either....

I guess that I need to go through each theme choice by choice. argh. When I changed for Mother's Day, I actually checked out a lot of the theme choices but not all......
