Anyone use Blue Ridge Beef foods? And some Raw food questions.

We are getting our new Labradoodle (Aus. Multigen) on November 30th and Blue Ridge Beef is a very local company near me. Indy is 5 months old and weighs 30#. I can get the food fairly cheaply, it would cost me roughly 1.00 a day to feed him I think. I am thinking about using the Chicken Mix and the Natural Mix and True Blue Puppy mixed with Sojos to change up his diet. How long should I make the change over last? He is on kibble right now and I don't want to over stress him with moving and changing food too quickly. Any advice? I wanted to thank you for posting this web site on Blue Ridge Beef! I looked it up and found a distributor near me! I have been shipping in a very good food from New Zealand that is raw, but it comes to me via the West Coast and I live on the East Coast! I am picking up a case of this on Saturday. I will let you know how it works and would appreciate it if you would keep me posted on how it works for you.
