Excellent and Effective Training Videos

Just wanted to recommend the training program I love...I wrote a review of it in our Reviews section and although until a few months ago it was only available on VHS, the trainer has now got DVD's available.  Here is my review with a couple new videos added:

Wouldn't you know....it's now available in DVD! I just bought the VHS on Ebay....then had to borrow a VHS player! We're excited to get started.....just waiting to get vacations out of the way.

I know :-/ But at least yours was cheaper! The DVD is over $50!

I don't think there is more. But either way you'd pay more for a class...so it all works out ok either way :)
