Another Local Rescue Doodle Available

Hi everyone .... DH and I just picked up another rescue Doodle today to
foster for the Doodle Rescue Collective.  We got him out of the Brown
County Animal Shelter.  He is a 1 year old male Labradoodle.  We have
named him Jett.  He has not yet been neutered, but will either be
neutered prior to going to his forever home, or go on a neuter
contract.  He weighs just 46 lbs.  Seems like he probably could stand to
pick up a little weight, but won't get much bigger.  He has soft, wavey
curls, and heis very gentle and calm.  He is getting along great with
our girls.  If you are interested put in an application on the DRC
website (see front page of DK).  He isn't on there yet, but will be

Hey Denise -- Jett is doing well. He isn't real happy with me at the moment because I just went and picked up a Cone for him to wear as he wouldn't stop licking after his neuter last night -- so now he is a cone head and he is trying to adjust. He had some issues with the anesthesia so we were up a lot of the night with him getting sick, but he has been fine since 6 am so the vet said we can try some water at noon and if he keeps that down, he can have a little food! Hope that goes well. Other than that, everything is going well. My girls have settled in and Lucy has stopped growling at him and they have even starting a little bit of playing. Thanks for checking on him. He is a sweet little boy.

Jett is beautiful!! I love his spotted tongue!! So glad you were able to rescue him!
