Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
I tried to reach out to this ad on Craigslist. I did give information on the rescue groups available. I don't know if that is the direction they want to take.
They are very interested in a GOOD home it seems, and I know our members have great homes.
If you are interested....please talk with this person about their Two Year Old Doodle!
Does anyone remember who was looking for a doodle around two years old in Columbus area of Ohio. It was posted a few weeks ago.
Here is the CL ad.
My best wishes to all,
Joanne

And while you are looking at my post ( thank you ) here is one more beauty. Being six, I worry about her chances.

Update:
After four consecutive emails, the male was immediately taken off Craigslist.
The poster did not care for this comment.
Craigslist is no place to post dogs. Really, would we place our unwanted children on Craigslist? It's just not safe
After being called Patronizing ( who ME? ), for this comment, I did try to apologize for the " patronization" by following up.
I offered our DK web address, my personal DK web address, the link to this post, and 3 rescues to check into, and babysitting / playdate services.
Really, it does help to contact these folks once in awhile. Even if we must be patronizing, we might get our point across to others that there is a better way. Keep reaching out. Every dog, one dog, is worth 20 non-responses.

Katie are you still looking to add a doodle to your home?
Here is a lovely two year old!
I re-posted this information on my facebook page - I'm sure someone will adopt this beautiful doodle.
Thank you, Joanne !!
Kemp, nice to see you out there. Thank you so much for reposting. Certainly, you have great connections to good homes.
I have One more in this area. A beautiful 6 year old girl. Rose nose.
She too is on CL
If you could post this on your FB page I would appreciate your look out for these dogs in need.
Here is the girl (6)
Here is the boy (2)
Who rehomes themselves to an apartment that doesn't allow pets when you have a doodle ;-( breaks my heart.
I know Carla! I'm worried about this sweet old girl.
BTW! Awesome to see you out there too! I got you and Kemp to answer already. Some bad things really bring out good people.
I've missed you. Hope all is well
I have been so busy, that I just can't keep up with DK like I used to. I do continue to lurk. I get a bunch of DK stuff in my e-mail, so I open them when the content (or author) strikes me. I've missed you too! In the summer, I really want to get together with you and the others in the area. I'd love to bring BB to the park with the water in Ohio. BB has grown into such an amazing dog, we love him so dearly. Thats why it hurts my heart to see this beautiful little girl and boy.
