Puppies and registers

Does anyones puppy's collar get caught in the registers? Giada loves to lay on the registers to cool down, well sometimes her collar gets stuck, and she is scared half to death!! My older dog did this once.........you think Giada would learn after 3 times:( This is SOoo pitiful to watch!

Barney's collar didn't get stuck, but his dogbone shaped tag on the collar did!
Poor thing, loves to sleep over the register. I think he likes the cool air. Couldn't figure out why he was stuck at first. New rule, collar on only for walks.
