Reaction from shot?

Emma had her second puppy shot yesterday and has been vomiting today. I am waiting to hear from the vet and am not really concerned, since she's behaving absolutely normally. She slept all night and then this morning after taking her out she came in and vomited yellow bile which I attributed to her eating grass. Then after eating her food, she threw it up undigested and then again shortly thereafter. About an hour later, she was barking at the cabinet where I keep her food, so I fed her again and she threw that up also. Has anyone had this situation? I just hope that she's not sensitive to these vaccines.
