Advice needed! Will this puppy have a loose wavy coat when it ages?

You guys have been so helpful!!! Can tell me if you think her coat will remain loose waves or if it looks like she might get curly and look quite poodlish. Also, she is red now but will that probably fade?  She is an F1 (white english retriever and red poodle) as I am hoping to have the shorter faceframe and wavier look.  I need to make my decision tonight!

She is sooo cute!

Our Riley looked almost identical to your puppy when we got her. If you look at my photos in my profile, you can see her current 9 month old picture. She has gotten much curlier (at times I think it looks Iike burber carpet) but doesn't have the full poodle look. When she is wet she looks like she got a bad perm :-) but as she dries and we brush her it loosens up. There are also areas of her body where it is just wavy and others where it is more curly. Her mom was a GD and her dad was a poodle. 

When we were making our decision, we hesitated because of the white she had under her eyes as the rest of her coat was red. It looked kind of weird. However, her color has changed several times so I'm glad we made our decision primarily based on her good natured personality as that is really what matters in the long run. Color and curls won't matter as much if her personality doesn't work for you. Of course, I can't tell you how many times during the puppy stage we have said "you are lucky you are so cute otherwise ...."  Good luck on your decision!
