Collar or Harness?

So, Presley is 8 weeks old and I am using a harness on him. He doesnt seem to mind it. Is it good to use that or should I be using a collar? I have heard mixed reviews on both.

A harness would be alot safer for him, as there would not be the chance of injuring his esophagus when he pulls.  BUT....please be careful, at 9 weeks, walking him where other dogs have been.  He has not had all his Vaccs yet and Parvo is a very real threat to him at this age.
