Garbage can

Can anyone recommend a doodle proof garbage can? We currently have a stainless steel that you push foot level to open it. Clara cleverly uses her paw and gets right in.

We keep the kitchen trash in the pantry and use  small metal ones with the foot pedal lids (look like Simple Human ones)  in two of the bathrooms and the laundry room for when we forget to shut the doors.  We have to make SURE that the lids are down securely and the cans are not too full.  In the other bathroom, the waste basket sits 'stylishly' ON the back of the toilet or on the window ledge, and in our bedroom the wastebasket is under a legged chair.  This usually works for us because only Ned (who is smaller) gets into the trash and he is a creature of opportunity.

I bought a Simple human petproof trash can today. Thanks for letting me know. I'll update on how its working.,
