Hi guys!

I realize this should probably go in the "AZ Doodle" group but it doesn't get a lot of activity so I was hoping some of you may live in extreme climates as well. I live in AZ and it's already heating up.. I'm concerned about my doodle's paws on hot pavement. I know to walk her at the coolest hours of the day and to avoid cement but I know that the pavement can stay very hot even at midnight and it's impossible to avoid completely! Anyone have experience with preventative measures such as protectant paw wax or dog boots? Any recommendations welcomed.. thank you!

Sophie looks like she likes them!:She looks so cute! Those are the ones I have too.So glad you found something that will keep her feet from burning on the pavement.
Oh what a cutie. Thanks for the update. Quick question How accurate is the sizing? My Josie needs a pair. Sassparilla fits the collection we already have stockpiled. We have one pair I love we joke and call them thigh highs, they come up the leg about six inches with 4-5 Velcro straps to keep them on. They're great for swimming.

Oh wow! I bet no dog could get those boots off! :) Sounds adorable. We got Sophie a size medium which is about 0.75 in bigger than her paw measurement and they fit great. I can't remember exactly the sizing (you can find on the website).

She's so cute! Thanks for the update!
