First Emma didn't know where to poop in the snow; now she's driving me absolutely crazy, wanting to go out every five minutes. And then when I take her out, she only wants to either eat the snow, sit in the snow, or just walk around . . . . I'm really starting to lose my patience, and don't know what to do. I don't want to be angry with her, but it's starting to get very frustrating. She hasn't had as much exercise the past couple of days because of the weather, but this is getting ridiculous!
We got 19" of snow between last Fri and Sun. My son took the snowblower and made Sadie a "track" which she runs around like a maniac. In the center he made a "bathroom" area where she pees and poops. When we had first taken her out she didn't poop for hours, I think the deep snow intimidated her, it was way over her head. Once she started doing a few laps and letting off a little steam, she calmed down and was and is pretty good. She is almost 13 weeks. She stills likes to eat snow and buries her head and tries to "tunnel" underneath but, she is happy with her bathroom space. Good Luck and Happy Holidays!
thats too funny. we have a lot of snow here as well and Floyd loves to sit, lay jump and digs a hole and puts his head in the snow. I love the fact he likes snow cause we have a lot.
