Is it normal for puppies (8/9weeks) to be wobbly on their feet? I noticed that Charlie can't walk completely straight with his body, he tends to veer sideways a bit. He's already been to the vet for his first initial check up and she watched him walk around but I just want to see what your experiences are like with your pups.

Oh yes, that is totally normal. We laughed about Omar's wobbly walk and it is kind of exciting to see them develop. You'll start to notice how much steadier he gets as the weeks pass. Now Omar is 22 weeks and a tall steady dog who is in total control of his legs. When I think back on his wobbly beginnings I smile. :) Enjoy your sweet pup! The time flies.

jace did and it concerned me too. it was almost as if his body was too big for his legs. lol. but as he grew he leveled out.
Yes, very normal, our pups would run sideways and fall over their own feet. They very quickly grow out of it so enjoy the goofy behavior while you can! Charlie is adorable!
They're all wobbly, clumsy and run sideways at that age. They're like butterflies.

Denali is 10 weeks and was wobbly and is mostly straight now. He used to run and trip over his legs all the time and now it only happens on occasion. Super cute and thankfully temporary
