Question about first vet appt in the morning

we have our first vet appt tomorrow morning and finally got Duke to go #2 so we could bring it in We have it in a bag in a ziplock container - should we leave it out or put it in the fridge???? If someone could advise I would appreciate it

Keep it in the fridge, but if you could get a sample in the morning will be the best.

The last time we took a sample in, they almost wouldn't use it because it hadn't been refrigerated.  I forget the # of hours it can go unrefrigerated.

We have to bring in a sample to the first vet visit??

My pup just had his first set of shots and the breeder said I'll need to take him back in about 3 weeks for the next set - we pick him up Saturday :-)
