She's Coming Home TODAY!
Our sweet Leia girl is coming home today! We are so excited that we can hardly stand it :) We're picking her up this afternoon! Here is a picture her breeder sent us today with her tiara on - haha! Wish us luck on our first night with Princess Leia!

HAHA! Sounds good! I know we'll need some support and encouragement :) I cleaned the house last weekend top to bottom and told my hubby and kids that it may be 4 weeks before it's clean again! HAHA! I remember with my last pup, a long time ago, that it was just like having a newborn in the house. So, now after two kids, I SHOULD be ready, right? I'll probably eat those words tomorrow after our first night :P

She's home!!!!! And what a joy she is!!!!!!!!! She is so good with the kids... she doesn't want them out of her sight! If she is laying down to rest, she has to be able to see them both. It's adorable! She hadn't been on grass yet, and she got the potty thing down right away. Each time that I've taken her, she has gotten faster about it. So, I think she is catching on to at least what she needs to do when she gets out there. She pitched a FIT in the crate for her nap while I was fixing dinner, but after 15 minutes, she finally calmed down and fell asleep. I had to put her little dog bed in the crate for her to realize that's her place. She hated it with only a towel on the floor. She has the most hilarious "princess" look when I pick her up. She acts like royalty and puts her nose down as if she is looking down at everyone - haha! It cracks me up. I love her little pounces and bounces when she plays. Can you tell I'm in love?!
