Our two sister doodles are just about to turn 4 months old and while they are very much the same they are also worlds apart. Roise is able to sleep through the night (a thunderstorm and possibly even a Nascar Race) with no issues nevertheless, Maggie wakes up multiple times per night and at 6 am every single morning. Many times we end up taking both of the dogs out together even though Rosie will be hard asleep And when Maggie wakes up at 6 am often times Rosie is by no means ready to get up. But since their crates are in the same room Maggie's barking will wake up Rosie. We have maintained a consistent eating, exercise, and bathroom schedule throughout the day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how what we could do to improve Maggie's sleeping?

Move the crates to separate rooms and let each dog develop as their own selves with their own strengths, weaknesses, personalities.  It will be better in the long run if you do this.  They bond better to humans when they are not group trained and allowed to be separate a lot of the time.

I second that. My parents have sister doodles that did not spend enough time on their own and you can tell they are VERY dependent on each other.

They need to have separate training time as well.
