So my husband and I have found 2 small teeth in the house - we know they are Peri's baby teeth. I thought she was too young to already be losing her teeth! She will be 14 weeks on Monday. Is this normal? Thanks!
Good question! Similar to you, Ellie loves to chew/nip/bite so I'm almost looking forward to her teeth falling out :) I was wondering the same question myself...
Maddy started losing her teeth right around the 16 week mark. I haven't found any so my guess is she's swallowing them! She had all baby teeth across the bottom in the front 2 weeks ago and now she has all adult teeth there...it happens fast!
My Toby started losing his teeth at around 20 weeks. I started a discussion labeled "His teeth are falling out" when I noticed his first tooth on the floor and then saw where he had lost it. He lost the same molar on the opposite side the same day. My wife told me yesterday that he had lost some more and he is now just over 6 months. I got some insightful comments when I posted my discussion and I would recommend looking it up as the responses were helpful. I even noticed that his bottom fang started to grow in before he had lost his baby fang. It was a little weird but apparently not uncommon. 14 weeks seems a little young to me but it could be that my Toby is a late bloomer. After all his facial hair didn't even begin to show until this last month. I keep telling my wife that he is just special. ;) Hope that helps.
Yes, I thought it seemed kind of young, but she chews her toys so much. Maybe she is developing faster! Christine, keep me posted on Ellie losing her teeth (they are sisters everyone!). I will search for Kelby's discussion too. Thanks!
