Yes, Nonnie, I am so glad you asked! Almost all of the larger service, guide and hearing dog organizations use puppy raisers. I just checked your state and found two: Assistance Dogs for Living (St. Louis) and Support Dogs, Inc. (St. Louis). You could also check with your Secretary of State to see if they have listings for non-profit corporations in your state. Service, guide and hearing dog organizations are usually incorporated in their home states...not all, but most. Let me know if you would like me to search some more for you. Good luck!
