The above link is a web address for the parent of an Iphone app I found.  It has all kinds of helpful way to record information (including a video that you can sync, but I never have the prescence of mind to video, i'm too busy freaking out).  It has places to describe the seizure, log meds and you can graph it for a vet visit.  I really like it.  It's free in the app store and I know there is an Android app also.
