This is Bell she is a Bernedoodle and she will be here day after tomorrow to be trained to take Tia's place when we retire her.  Tia will become our pet.  I just thought I would share.

How adorable she is! How large will she get? Do you do the training?

I thought this list was pretty inactive! We have an owner/operator trained Goldendoodle and I have occasional questions, but, this forum seemed to be inactive, so, i never asked.

Will Bell start out with lots of crazy puppy energy? Ours seemed to making us ask, several times, what were we thinking? Now she's settling into her role as Service Dog nicely, but she's two. Took awhile!!

Good luck with Bell! She's sooo cute, you may have trouble with 'distractions', (folks wanting to pet her)

Well I am not sure how big she will get but we are praying she gets bigger than Tia.  Tia is my current service dog.  Tia was trained by me with the help of a professional trainer here locally.  That trainer will be working with Bell and myself from almost the day she gets here.  Yes Bell has lots of energy but the breeder says she wants to be with her more than wrestle with the other puppies.  I fully expect to wonder what I was thinking too.  Tia drove me crazy but we didn't start training her until she was two.

As for this forum it has not been very active but I thought I would come back, and I am glad I did.  Oh yes this is Tia.  Tia is nine.

Oh my, Tia may be older, but, hopefully can add her 'wisdom' to Bell's bag of knowledge!

And,  oh, maybe you're not supposed to start seriously till they're two, Tess knows a lot now and will get better!!

Thanks.  Bell will be trained in a year to a year and a half.  I need her so we can retire Tia.  Tia blew her ACL about a year and a half ago and the vet said she would have arthritis and I think that has started.  I will use Bell most of the time but for a bit I will still use Tia (that is of course after Bell is trained).  Oh by the way we have another dog Buddy.  He is a lab border collie mix.  If you go to my page you will see his picture.
