Ok...so Blake LUVS when new people visit in general...He's quite cordial and receptive but he will make a special effort to let it be known that "I'm HIS Bitch!"..lol...by climbing up on me while we are sitting on the couch and wrapping his entire body around mine while staring at my potential suitor with a look like "She's MY mom..so don't even try it buddy!".......

I don't date anymore, but during my last dog's reign, I did. She was a poodle with the typical poodle "attitude". She was very friendly to my dates as long as they stayed on the first floor. When things progressed upstairs to the bedroom, she would first get up on the bed and try to block the boyfriend from getting near the bed. When things "heated up", she would start barking, and I mean BARKING...very effectively interrupting us until she got locked out of the room. It took a very determined (and dog-loving) suitor to stay in my life long enough for her to accept that this person was okay, and let him sleep over! Before she finally got to that point, she once went downstairs after being shut out of the bedroom, and pee'd on his shoe! LOL

Sounds like Kyrie is a great judge of character......I always put a tremendous amount of stock in my dohgs opinion of people.....
