Groomer recommendations In Southern California

Let's make a  list the Southern California groomers we have used and liked as a resource for others.  If you want more information on a specific groomer, message the person who posted it.

List the groomer and the town they are located in with a brief description of the services you used them for.

Please only post a groomer YOU have used and are satisfied with.  Many excellent groomers do poorly with doodles so we don't want to recommend anyone we have not used for our doodles.  Thanks.

That's the crazy thing Nancy. I did bring a picture of him and a book that has a photo on the cover that looks just like Kona, but he refused to keep the book because he said he's done this many times and knew exactly what I wanted. But when I picked him up later it was nothing like I showed him. I guess he was offended that I had a different opinion of what my dog should look like. Even if he had kept the book, he would have still cut him how HE wanted him to look. I learned my lesson to insist on them keeping the photo no matter how insistent they are. But basically, I just groom him myself. In 14 months, I've only had a full cut once and another time pets art shaved his nose completely when they were just supposed to bathe him, so I'm gun shy

Groomers (for people and for dogs) just don't listen! How many times do we gone to our hair dressers and come out with the cut they wanted to give and not the one you wanted?
