This seemed the right place for this video. I am exhausted having watched it and know it is beyond me to do what this man does. But it does inspire me to do more on whatever scale I can. Certainly some of the principles he talks about are things that have been studied.

I couldn't help noticing though, that the wife didn't look so great for 55...maybe he wears her out, lol.

I thought she looked OK but no doubt he wears her out. Also, the "playground" did not make for the most attractive living quarters but no doubt he doesn't care.

That's the ticket! Didn't you already have that particular visit? You really made me laugh. I personally will do the rock jumping since my feet would love being flexed over a boulder after first jumping on such a hard surface. The skates would surely throw me into a Mack truck too. I love that he does these feats in the midst of traffic. All in all maybe I'll start with the throw the ball from one hand to the other. Maybe you should too.

I am ready to fall asleep after I watched everything this guy does in one day.:) He is amazing and I hope he lives a long and healthy life well into his hundreds. LOL I am going to try driving my car with my knees while squeezing balls in my hands tomorrow. That gives me something to look forward to in the am. LOL

 Exercise= better brain activity and learning with children. Totally on board with this theory.  However,  as I watched this video I fell into this crazy word association-Playground, children, hyper, Ritalin. Whew.   His ideas were great  but I felt anxiety. About 2/3 of the way through,  I  just  wanted to run away from him.  That said, if I ran away from him, I'd fall.  And isn't that defeating the whole purpose?  No Falling
