Thanks for starting this discussion Adina, it was timely and I learned a lot. I've enjoyed hearing everyone's views. :o)

An interesting thing to note about this talk, is that the speaker said it took her about a year to feel like she got a handle on things.  That is a long time -- so it's not like you just put a stethoscope up to your stomach and 'listen' and voila you now are cured of all your bad eating habits.  This takes time.

I've really enjoyed this discussion.....great information and well-presented points of view.
