I've tried to search to see where the best place to get bully sticks from, and it sounds like this website (bestbullysticks.com)? I see that they sell a lot of other different dog chews. Does this mean that they are all safe...or should be safe anyway? Can anyone else recommend what their dog likes besides the bully sticks?
Thanks in advance!

Just make sure you get the one's with NO ODOR. I purchased a box when I first heard of them and they stunk so bad I donated them to a shelter. It was awful/intolerable and they were messy.
Then I found some at a local pet/garden supply store and also at Petco, that are braided and strong. My doodle, Cooper, just loves them as do my Yorkies. I've never seen any of my pets play with something constantly except for these bully sticks. The one's on this sight you mentioned don't seem strong enough and your dog will eat through them in a day. Try to find the braided one's. Just my opinion. :)
most likely the PetCo ones are not made in the USA. At least the PetCo by our house does not carry bully sticks made in the USA. You have to be super careful these days of anything not made in the USA or Canada because they add ingredients that are in some cases slowly killing the dogs with liver and kidney disease or making them sick immediately.
Best Bully Stick has some treats that are made in the USA but not all of them.... You have to go under the section made in the USA. don't assume they are all safe because in my humble opinion and from what I have learned here that is not the case.
Very very good point! I didn't even think of the made in USA issue. I'll double check when I go to buy more. Thanks so much for the reminder!!
I buy Tara's bully sticks from that site and she has done well with them. I get the low odor, standard 12 inch and they last her a week or more. They also come in thin, which she goes through very fast and thick sizes. I haven't tried the thick ones because I think it would be too much for her as she is a fairly soft chewer. I tried their Himalayan chews once and Tara really didn't show much interest in it (very hard).
We give Oliver bully sticks from there and have had no problems. We gave him more when he was younger to keep him busy for awhile! We buy him elk antlers now. They last much longer for him than the bully sticks did and we have not had any problems with splintering. We do however make sure they are from the USA.
