I don't have a lot of experience with this type of food. The ingredients look fine with one exception: carrageenan, which according to the World Health Organization has been linked to inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, and certain forms of gastrointestinal cancers in humans. Whether there is enough of it in this food to cause a problem, I don't know, but I don't think I would feed it exclusively.
Looking at the feeding guidelines, it is also very expensive.
If a dog is a good weight and is active and healthy, but isn't particularly interested in food, it's a mistake to keep trying to find something he "likes", "enjoys", eats "enthusiastically", etc. We have many discussions here about this. Humans have emotional connections with food and eating, but choosing a food for a dog should involve providing good nutrition, period. A healthy normal dog will not starve himself. Some dogs are just not interested in food, and will eventually turn up their noses at anything you offer them.
What was Naboo eating prior to this? What problems, if any, did he have with other foods you have tried?
Regarding fussy eaters, here's one of my favorite discussions on this topic: http://www.doodlekisses.com/group/thefoodgroup/forum/topics/an-ode-...
You are truly better off, and so is she!
