Difference in poop volume between dogs

Sulley and Molly have been on Fromm Adult Classic about a month and are doing great on it.  The only thing I have noticed is they both poop about twice a day but Molly's is typically larger by about 25%.   There is only 5lbs difference in their weight, Sulley - 68lbs and Molly - 63lbs, and they get the same amount of food and treats.  I'm not worried about it unless I should feed her less.

Anyone else experience this?

No, same amount of time for activity, actually she would usually be content to stay home and curl up, although she loves getting to play.

Molly is older, 4 years to Sulley's 1.

Ohhh...well maybe that's the difference right there. I think as long as you follow the food guidelines for feeding on your food's package and make sure your pups aren't over/underweight you'd be fine. You can ask your vet how to tell appropriate weight for your pups, but I remember seeing a chart like the one below at my vet's office:

This is an interesting topic, and one I haven't thought about before. Is Molly's stool as firm as Sulley's? 

The age difference could possibly play a role. 

I'm also thinking water consumption could have something to do with it, but I'm not sure.

Haven't noticed a difference in firmness, will check for that.  Sulley definitely drinks more than Molly.

That could definitely have something to do with the difference in volume.

I would assume that some variation is simply a difference in the dogs and the way they process their food.  I never measured volume (not that interested actually) but our larger doodle and our springer are fed exactly the same amount.  Clancy's output is larger than Gordie's. Clancy weighs about 10 pounds more than Gordie.

I've noticed that since Acana changed their formulas (removing oats and replacing with ?lentils, I can't remember) my dogs poops are much larger and softer than they used to be.
