Dog Butter

I bought a jar of this the other day, on a whim.  Turns out the dogs are crazy for it.  Great for taking pills or as a treat.  Have other people tried it?  Is it okay to feed?

I used to buy it b/c I love the company's philosophy of donating a jar to a shelter for every jar bought.  But then I realized that for $8 for a jar of peanut butter, I'd be better off just buying natural people peanut butter for $3 and donating $5 to the shelter.

My dog certainly loved it though, but not any more than she loves any other brand.
