Fruits and Veggie Snacks for Pups?

What are some good choices of fresh fruit and / or veggie snacks for puppies? Something that might even help with teething? We've tried carrots but he is not in love yet.

Oh, yes. They get one or two pieces each that are the size of my pinky nail. I am with you on being cautious!

My Bearded Collie back in England always waited patiently for the core when you were eating an apple, then she'd munch away on it and spit out the stalk and seeds....neato!

Penny just loves bananas and strawberries, she eats them smacking her chops, like an old man with loose dentures....so damn cute!
