Some dogs do fine with grains, others don't. There's no way to know if yours will do well with a transition to a food that contains grains down the road, you can only try. Personally, I'd stay with grain-free.
It's very important though that you do not change the puppy's food for at least 2 weeks after she comes home, which means you're going to have to get some LA. Just be sure that you don;t sign up for autoshipping.
We started on a food with grain and accidentally got a grain-free bag once (they look so similar). Our pup's stool changed for the better with the grain-free and we've stuck to that ever since. I'll tell you, we were definitely not planning to change to grain-free when we got Angus...
