Not sure what food to turn to next

I was feeding TOTW Salmon and now with this recall and hearing of others in the past I feel I need to move on to something else.

I have a couple problems one.. I need a fish and grain free food.  Another one is I don't want to pay more than around $30.00 for a 15 pound bag of food.  To me that is still high because I was use to paying half that and for only a 5 pound dog so it lasted months. I know feeding better food will cost more but my family just can not afford to pay $70.00 for 2 weeks worth of dog food.

So I am having problems finding fish, puppy & affordable to our budget, Any one have any ideas?

Earthborn has caught my eye with the grain free costal catch... but is that a life stages food or just adult?

Earthborn is about the same cost as TOTW but it looks like you feed about half as much. We are still putting the same amount of food in her bowl because we are about at half/half with the mixture and she is leaving a lot so looks like in the long run its going to be cheaper. But we have noticed she is picking out all the Earthborn first then going back for the TOTW later.  So far it seems to be going ok but I don't go outside when she goes poo but everything we have seen in the yard looks solid.
