I think I may have read about this on DK at some point but I can't remember- do a lot of people alternate between different varieties of the same brand of food?

For example we feed Daisy Acana Grasslands but could we/should we switch it out every now and again with Pacifica or Wild Prairie, etc?

Or is it not good to switch because this can cause tummy problems?

She is still a puppy, almost 5 months. We've never had any tummy issue with her, good eater and not a sensitive stomach.

Thank you! :)

Many dog food lines (including the Acana Regionals you are feeding) are designed so that you can rotate formulas with each bag, to provide variety while still maintaining the same basic macronutrient profile. It is also thought that this may help to prevent the development of food allergies. Many Food Group members do feed their adult dogs this way. I'm not sure how many people are feeding puppies this way, though. I think I would wait another month to try it, but then you should be fine.

I rotate between WP, grasslands and Ranchlands. I skip Pacifica because I didn't like the smell : )

I do the same thing …rotate between grasslands and ranch lands…I still use Pacifica but you are right..I don't like the smell.  When it is gone I will not replace it.  Darla  seems to be pleased with the variety.
