My question for those of you who feed high calorie (like Orijen) kibble to chowhounds and add fillers like green beans. This is not a question about toppers because you want to entice the dog to eat or because you think they are bored.

1.  What do you use to increase their food without adding calories?

2.  What is the portion you add?

This is something I never thought I would even be asking for Ned. Orijen has given this guy a new view on food.

Thanks.

How funny, Diane.  Broccoli advice is something I will never forget!  I am surprised that my dogs really like the green beans because they do not like any other veggies.

Nancy I feed Webber one generous cup a day of Origen SENIOR formula. He gets green beans for snacks. Seda eats senior too. They get liver treats and Fisk oil in the evening.
That would be fish oil!

Why did you choose senior? Ned now weighs 28. 5 pounds - up 2 pounds!  Clancy is up a 1 1/2 pounds. Gordie is still losing weight no matter how much we feed him.  I guess it is his illness and anxiety.
