As a reminder, any treats made from a company listed in our Recommended Foods list will work, so I am not going to list them here. Visit this link for those brands: http://www.doodlekisses.com/group/thefoodgroup/forum/topics/recomme...

Tracey, I can't seem to locate this product online. I know Simply Nourish is the Petsmart house brand (and not recommended) but I can't find any freeze dried fruit product.
Throw it away. There are too many indications so far in my research that at least some of the Simply Nourish products are made in China for me to be comfortable with it, even if that particular product says made in USA.
Why am I not surprised, lol.
Yes, rawhide can be dangerous for dogs. The deer chews are a new product, from what I can tell. I'm surprised they put these out, considering that they promote their duck chews as being "safer then rawhide".
Maybe the store would let you exchange them for a different product. I'm going to have to call or email them and get an explanation on this.
Hmmm...the duck chews also have rawhide as the first ingredient, yet the information says "safer than rawhide". I'll have to do a little research on this seeming contradiction. http://www.ettasays.com/product.php?productid=18&cat=0&page...
