Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

I searched the forum and I don't think this has been asked. What do you think of Ry's Ruffery treats? They used to be Ryan's Barkery, but had to change the name for trademark reasons. This boy, Ryan, was featured on Shark Tank. He (at age 11; he's 13 now) and his mom started making the treats at home and now have expanded their business with products in Target and Petsmart.

Well, I've never heard of these before, maybe because I don't watch reality TV, lol. But the website has no ingredients listed, or any information about the sourcing, and I can't seem to find the ingredient list anywhere on any of the sites that sell them, so I can't say if they're okay or not. The fact that they're sold at Walmart and Target is not a good sign, but since there's apparently a TV promotion involved, I don't know. One thing we know is that the manufacturing is subbed out.

I would need more information to recommend these, or not.

I know, I was home sick all day yesterday and finally turned the tv on in the evening!  Can't stand a lot of the nonsense on there most of the time.  I was roped-in to the episode b/c there are products on there that I bought BEFORE they hit Shark Tank!  I also liked the entrepreneurial spirit of this boy...but when I couldn't find info on the ingredients, etc., I thought I probably won't purchase.  I think there is a Shark Tank promotional area within Target, and that is where the treats were sold (maybe not constantly, but during a promotion).  Their website needs to list nutritional info, etc.  Not good to be vague!  I also don't purchase treats from Petsmart and stick to the little Natural Pawz near my home.
