We just got a food dehydrator and wondered if anyone  made treats with  one and if so , any tips or recipies? I am looking for a liver one also a sweet potato one. Thanks!

I made my doodles chicken jerky treats and they love them.  You need to cook the chicken first.  I have not tried anything with liver yet, I just think it would be too messy.  Both my doodles loooooove liver, I usually just saute it in a pan with water and make a pate and mix it into their food.  I do have a doggie cook book that has  receipe for a liver treat which I am dying to try.
