Hi! We went to Max's yesterday... first time, but I didn't bring any pictures... just told them what I wanted... NO shaving, trim eyes and face, evenly trim coat, etc. They did a good job, but I think the eyes are a bit short (probably my fault for not being specific or bringing a picture). I will try to send you a picture tomorrow night. They were very helpful and nice!

Hi all, I am taking my dog to Max's Dog Wash in Chapel Hill next week, I learned of the place through this site. Anyway, when I told them how I heard of them, she said that had a first timer in yesterday, and this person learned of them through doodlekisses as well...she said that the person had brought some pics in....is this any of you? I just wondered if I could see any pics, as I am looking for a good cut recommendation...the last time we groomed him, they unfortunately shaved everything!!! (Not Max's, another facility). Its been a long time growing him back out...but we are finally there, and I hear they will take much better care with his cut at Max's.....THANKS!

We are planning a trip to Asheville, NC. Anyone have any recommendations of places to stay w/ doodles? How about dining and/or other activities?

Hi Everyone! We live in Raleigh, NC and have a 4 mo old goldendoodle, Agnes. We're currently looking for a good groomer. Any suggestions? Also, I see there is a romp going on this weekend. Sounds like a great time!

I can definitely join in! Our yard isnt ready just yet....the monsoon we had, and the fence install left things a bit muddy, and on the mend. However, there is a dog park two minutes from where we live...picnic tables and all ;)

Hi everyone! We are actually in the process of getting our yard doodle-ready! We have the fence installation man coming tomorrow, and we are going to try and work on some areas that were a little muddy over the winter. When all is said and done, would anyone be interested in coming over for a day of fun with doodles? I live over in Southwest Durham, and Fozzie would LOVE to spend some quality time with some doodles!! :) Let me know if anyone is interested, the "people" can grill out and relish over our pups :)
