Okay, I have a question....Do any of our littermates lick glass?

Bisbee will sit at our patio doors and lick the glass...drives us nuts ...nevermind trying to keep them clean, we gave up. Now, we've dealt with dog noses on glass before, but never out-and-out licking, slurping, licking..does he have a glass deficiency? :) (Not bored... has 2 indoor cats and every toy invented to keep him busy.) And, when the orphan cats come calling out back, well, let the games begin! Just wondered if this could be a litter thing.......

This is so funny! We thought Zeke was just a little bit goofy for licking any glass he can get to... TV, front storm door, car windows, even bedroom mirror! He does seem to prefer the storm door when there is condensation on it, but I wonder if it's just the coolness of any glass since he is soooo hot natured. Lily does'nt do this. Could be a litter thing.

Well I have not noticed the licking glass (although my sliding glass doors sure look like it!), but licking out of glasses! Oh yes Joy has a fetish for drinking from glasses. We have learned that we dare not leave one unattended or she will find it! And ice cubes, my oh my ~ it is like she can read your mind before you even get there and she is sitting there waiting for an ice cube to drop.

You know, we have a VERY kissy bunch around here with Malachi doling out the most. Today I was calling him our surrogate mother because he was standing at the entry of the whelping box (while Ella was out of course) cleaning the puppies with his giant slurps. Of course the camera was not in reach!

Hey maybe Bisbee is practicing to be a screen saver! Have you ever seen the ones where a dog or cat is licking your screen from the inside out. You could film Bisbee!

I have never seen Tannor licking glass....but, like Dianne said...a drinking glass is another story..he loves those.....my back sliding door always has doodle kisses on it, but no glass licking........I will watch him though for that fetish....

Kodi only licks the dishes in the dish washer. No windows or doors. One of the funniest things he is doing lately is laying on the marble slab around the fire place. There are pillows and rugs everywhere and (even in the chill of the winter months) he lays on this hard stone, right near a drafty fire place! Brrrrr.
