flat coat?

Here is a picture of our girl at 4 weeks.  We get to pick her up this weekend and haven't seen a picture of her since this one.  Does it look like she will doodle out?

I think so. It looks like she has that "chrysanthemum" of fur around her nose and at the top of her muzzle, between her eyes, and that tells you she will have facial furnishings. She also seems to have a good amount of length and fluff to her coat.

Yay! (of course, we will love her no matter what!) Thanks so much for your response!!  We are so excited!!  This last week of waiting has definitely been the hardest!!

She is an F1.  But, I have seen a few that have a flat coat, so I was a little curious.

I think he will, this is my Rocky at 8 weeks and then now at 1 1/2 years old. I was " worried " too that he wouldn't doodle out but he totally did.

yes, she looks like she is getting the upside "V" shape around her muzzle and her chest fur looks very full. adorable!

Yes I'd say for sure. Looks like the fur around the eyes is growing out, also has a "fluffy" look around the muzzle and some wave under the neck. Can't wait to see your pictures once you get her.

Hi Leslie!  Your doodles are so cute!!  I love their coats.  Do they shed much?  I agree, she does look like Yogi!  We are very excited for our trip this weekend to IN.

They both shed a little, not much. No where near like a golden retriever would ;-).
The main thing is to stay on top of brushing her. Start out slowly in order to get her used to it.
Maci loves it, you'd think she was a diva at the spa.

I would say she will doodle out - she already has more hair on her muzzle than my flat-coated doodle has.
