Where's the poodle in my doodle? Is my rescued puppy a Labradoodle?

So, long story short We rescued this sweet girl from a shelter. They claim she is about 8 months old and perhaps could be a Labradoodle. Thought I would post some pictures to get your guys's opinions. They said we could do a DNA test at the vet, but why would I do that? Like if she's not a labradoodle I'm going to get rid of her? Of course not! Anyway to me and all the research I have done she does look like she could be one. What are your thoughts? Also if you think she is, will her coat get fluffier or will this be her coat into adulthood?

Reminds me of a shepadoodle. Though that nose appears very lab.

She looks very much like an F1 labradoodle to me. She is not going to get curly or much wavier, but her coat may get longer and thicker.
