Lilly and Rusty Pups?

Hello!

We'll bring home one of the females from Lilly and Rusty's litter this Friday. I'm wondering if anyone else has adopted one of their babies in the past? How big did they get, and what is their temperament like?

Hi, Heidi! I adopted Ruby, who is third from the left in the pictures posted on the WK page for Rusty and Lily's previous litter. She was born on October 22, 2012, so she's now a year and a half. She is a lovely companion. She is smart, affectionate, playful, a great swimmer, good with little people, and great with other dogs. She loves to fetch her ball. She is now fully grown at 33 pounds. Here's a formula that I learned online to predict weight. Take the weight at 4 months, double it, and add ten. Predicted Ruby's final weight exactly. We have taken a couple of training courses, which were helpful and a lot of fun. She can sit, stay, and lie down. I know that I could take her much further with training. She is so pretty that she attracts a lot of attention. Here is my favourite picture of her at 4 months. Write again if you have further questions.
